Check-in
Self check-in after 4:00 PM. Door code is sent the morning of arrival.
Wi-Fi
Network and password are posted on the fridge and in the welcome book.
Parking
One assigned parking space. Guest spots are available — please don't block neighbors.
Beach Access
Direct boardwalk to the sand, just steps from the door. Towels and chairs in the front closet.
Pool
Heated community pool open daily 8 AM – 9 PM. Please rinse off after the beach.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors on balconies.
Trash
Trash chute is at the end of the hall. Recycling bins are by the parking area.
Checkout
Checkout by 10 AM. Start dishwasher, take trash out, leave towels in the tub, lock up.
